Title: Glazed Baby Carrots

2tbUnsalted butter, melted
1lbBaby carrots, cooked and
  Drained
2tbFresh orange juice
1tbLight brown sugar
1/4tsCinnamon
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsBlack pepper

Combine all ingredients and cook until carrots are glazed over high heat, about 2 minutes.

Per serving: 75 cal., 1g pro., 4g fat, 10g carb., 155mg sod., 10mg chol., 1/8 fruit, 1 vegetable, and 3/4 fat exchanges.
